For in processing at Andrews Air Force Base, check in at the newcomers' 24-hour arrival point located at the Gateway Inn on Arkansas Road. Members are asked to report to the administration office the first duty day after arriving at Andrews Air Force Base. Once the administration office has completed personnel actions, military personnel will report to the Military Personnel Section Customer Service for Andrews Air Force Base. The regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 0730-1630. Andrews Air Force Base has a one-stop in-processing system to save time.
