Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

• As soon as you find out you'll be moving, your first point of contact should be The Housing Management Office (301) 981-5518. The HMO provides services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.
  

Andrews AFB On Base Housing

• The Unaccompanied Housing Office (301) 981-4479 is reserved for airmen and sailors in the ranks of E1-E4 with less than 3 years of service. You'll be provided with a private sleeping room, furnishings, bed linens and supplies required for comfortable living. 

• On-base housing for Andrews AFB is privatized and operated by Liberty Park Communities (866) 944-7504, which offers many housing communities based on rank and family size. The home amenities can include washer/dryer hookups, fenced yards and garages. The community amenities includes: 13 playgrounds, 3 tennis courts, dog park, pool, fitness center and more.
